can someone take a break after long time exersise?
First of all keep in mind that there is a clear difference between fitness and muscle building.In both cases answer will different and it depends upon nature of your body.
Mnay experts suggested that note the change in your body after two weeks break,because it is the time when you clearly examines your fitness.
according to my point of view you should not skip exercising more than two days.it is because after long period you will feel severe muscle soreness.and it will be more dificult to continue again

most of the experts suggested that keep engaging yourself even if you have a busy schedule.make a proper plan of your life and follow that.
it is a human nature that we easily interrupted with lame excuse,so 1st try to keep yourself away from lame excuse ad keep your mind fresh and motivated.
it is human nature taht no ane like to wake up early in the morning every day.but if you want health and fitness then you have to keep you motivated and energetic.it is because regular exercise needs much more motivations and energy.
if you feel laziness then 1st get ride of it, then start again with determination.
exercise is key to fitness but some expert's openoion is much more flexible about it they said it is not necessary to exercise daily.skiping also depends upon your own body and the steps that you following during your exercise. so know your body 1st and then decied how many days you can take a rest.
